Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Mansfield is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultation and prescription services to patients in Mansfield and across the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to refuse treatment at our clinical discretion. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities. You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history that may affect your suitability for treatment.
All prescriptions are issued by our GPhC-registered pharmacist following a clinical review of your consultation. A prescription will only be issued if the treatment is deemed clinically appropriate for you. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued in every case.
Prescriptions are valid only for the medication, dosage, and duration stated. You must not share, transfer, or resell prescribed medications. Repeat prescriptions are subject to ongoing clinical review and are not automatically renewed.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices include VAT where applicable and are displayed clearly before checkout.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already confirmed. In the event of a payment error or fraud, we reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day via a tracked courier service. Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays or adverse weather conditions.
Medications will be dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the address provided. We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information supplied by you.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us promptly. Once a prescription has been issued and the medication dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and for patient safety reasons.
If your order is refused following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of the consultation and medication fee within 5–10 working days. If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
The information provided through our service is for clinical treatment purposes only and does not replace your GP or primary care provider. We strongly recommend you inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications carry potential risks and side effects. Full information will be provided with your prescription. You must read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication. In the event of a medical emergency, contact 999 or attend your nearest A&E immediately.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
